Kumana safari camp is located in the border of Kumana National Park, It is just five minutes away from the Kumana National Park. Because of its short distance from the Kumana national park it allows you to access the park very early before crowd gather.

Yala safari camp can accommodate total of 4 people in a single booking.

Kumana Safari camp welcome children very much but make note a safari ride is suitable for children above 3 years.

The camp power source is acquired from solar power and tents are lit up with solar powered lanterns.

The Kumana safari camp will be illuminated with campfire and there are by hurricane lanterns. These lamps are looked after till morning by staff.

There are en suited bathrooms for every tent with a toilet a shower and running water.

If you need your own toiletries you are more than welcome to bring but the basic needs such as hand wash, body wash, shampoo and toilet paper will be provided and refilled by our staff.

The food is prepared inside the camp kitchen using fresh home grown vegetables, meat and eggs. Each meal is freshly prepared by our cooks in the jungle kitchen. Apart from the main meals you will be provided with fresh fruit platter.

You will be provided with water, fresh fruit juice tea or coffee according to your requirement throughout the day.

The safari jeeps in Kumana safari camp is driven by experienced drivers with special guidance with support of a park ranger. The jeeps are specially modified with high elevated front facing seats with comfy cushions. You will be provided with chilled beverages throughout the Safari ride in Kumana National Park.

The night time is very energetic while you stay in Kumana Safari Camp. The B.B.Q dinner will be served amidst a roaring campfire and you can get together and singsongs. And there will be hurricane lamps and copra lamps to blighting the atmosphere.

There are three main safari times in Kumana Safari Camp

• Morning Safari begins at 5:30 am and will retune to the campsite @ 10:30 am – 4 hours

• Afternoon Safari begins at 2:30 pm and will return to campsite @ 6:30 pm – 4 hours

• Full day safari begins at 5:30 am and will return to the campsite at 6:30 pm – 12 hours

The Kumana safari camp include the tented accommodation, all meals , all beverages , all game drives , Kumana National Park entrance fees and all taxes. There is no any additional charge.

Cancelled by you with a notice coming to us less than 45 days prior to arrival date there will be no refund for you.

Cancelled by you with a notice coming to us more than 45 days prior to arrival date 80% of the total will be refunded to you.

If there is no showing up in particular date there will be no refund for you.

None refundable fee 20% of the total value.
